The 14 members alliance known as the Living-in-Space Initiative is calling space enthusiasts from around the world who are interested in the many dimensions of space technology, life-support systems, safety standards, economics, and more to sign up for a Zoom-based free workshop on November 13th. World-leading experts from around the world will present on the future challenges to successful living in space.

Our Worldwide rapidly growing “Living-in-Space” Initiative now includes: The Alliance for Collaboration in the Exploration of Space (ACES Worldwide); Space Renaissance International (SRI); the National Space Society (NSS); the Moon Village Association (MVA); the International Moonbase Alliance (IMA), The Space Development Foundation Inc. (SDF); The Mars Society; Life to and Beyond; For All Moonkind; the Lifeboat Foundation; Space and Satellite Professionals International; the Alternatively Planetary Futures Institute, and Innova Space.
- Author Armen Papazian will be presenting on “the Monetization of Space”
- James Green, former chief scientist of NASA and Joseph Pelton, Dean Emeritus of the International Space University, will address the “Design of a Magnetic Space Shielding System for Terraforming of Mars”
- Prof. Thais Russomano, PhD of InnovaSpace UK and Sibsankar Palit of Life To and Beyond Foundation will be addressing the Latest Advances in Space Medical Research
- Dr. Werner Grandl of SRI, will be addressing “Space Habitat Designs with Artificial Gravity”,
- Dr. Susan Jewill with be speaking on Precision Space Health and AI
- Author Professor Bernard Foing, President of SRI will be presenting on “Space for All”
- Eric Dahlstrom of SpaceBase New Zealand and Vatsala Khenawat of Google will be addressing “Advances in Nuclear Fusion Rocket Systems for Deep Space Missions.”
- Frank White, noted Author will speak on “Robots and Rockets: Keys to the Future of Space”
- Dr. Luigina Feretti, Research Director of the National Insitute of Astrophysics of Italy will speak on radiation protection for astronauts
- Dr. Peter Swann, Chief Architect, International Space Elevator Consortium will talk on Space Elevators as a permanent space transportation infrastructure”
These speakers will give 15 minute presentations with 3 minutes allowed for questions and answers from the chat line during this 4-hour long worldwide free workshop for those that pre-register.
Timing: 11am – 3:00pm EST = 17:00 – 21:00 CET.
