1       Social Networking Manager (SNM) – Statement of Work

The Social Networking Manager (SNM) will develop the following tasks:

  1. Scouting the Facebook community, with the goal to widen the Space Renaissance Group audience, by inviting people to join the group and follow the SRI Facebook local pages
  2. Scouting the LinkedIn community, with the goal to widen the Space Renaissance Group audience, by inviting people to join the group
  3. Inviting members to the SRI Newsletter Google Group, working with lists of potentially interested people
  4. Scouting the web community, to build lists of people potentially interested to receive the Space Renaissance newsletters
  5. Publishing the SRI newsletter, provided by SRI President and Ambassador, on all the SRI Social Networks

The above tasks will be developed in strict collaboration with the SRI Staff, upon weekly meeting. During such meeting we will discuss at least: the agenda of the incoming week, the available inputs, documents  and tools needed to develop the agenda, the results of the previous week activity.

2       Bibliography Research and Categorization (SR Academy)

2.1       Space Philosophy Investigator (SPI) – Statement of Work

In the frame of the Space Renaissance Academy Laboratory of Philosophy, we are dealing several research activities, targeted to build the lectures of the Space Renaissance Ambassadors high level Training Course.The Space Philosophy Investigator (SPI) will receive lists of authors and publications, most of all available online. The goals of the investigation will be, at least, the following ones:

  1. To identify those authors which developed concepts belonging, inherent or propaedeutic to the Space Humanist philosophy
  2. To summarize such concepts, listing the related bibliographic references

The SPI will be mentioned in the credits of the developed lectures.
The above tasks will be developed in strict collaboration with the SR Academy Staff, upon monthly meetings. During such meeting we will discuss at least: the available inputs, documents  and tools needed to develop the search, the results so far achieved, possible issues, problems and needed corrections.

2.2       Space Science & Policy Investigator (SSPI) – Statement of Work

In the frame of the SRI Outreach, Education and Lobbying activities, SRI officers are developing several papers, both for SRI Conferences and Congresses, and for participation to space conference worldwide (e.g. IAF Congresses, NSS ISDC, etc…).The Space Science & Policy Investigator (SSPI) will support the papers’ authors in the following tasks:

  1. Reading the draft papers, and searching the space science and policy community, in order to identify papers who discussed the same concepts
  2. Adding the references to the detected papers and authors.

The SSPI will be mentioned as Co-Author of the papers.
The above tasks will be developed in strict collaboration with the SRI Staff, upon monthly meetings. During such meeting we will discuss at least: the available inputs, documents  and tools needed to develop the search, the results so far achieved, possible issues, problems and needed corrections.

3       Membership Campaign Manager (MCM) – Statement of Work

SRI is an activist organization, basing its sustainability upon membership fees, donations and sponsors.The SRI Membership Campaign Manager will systematically conduct the following activities:

  1. Systematically scouting the SRI Social channels – Facebook, Linkedin, Google Newsletter mailing list – in order to identify members to be invited to join the SRI Crew, becoming paid members of SRI
  2. The identified persons will be added to a membership campaign plan, to be daily updated
  3. Individually invite the persons listed in the above plan, by email, messages and talks
  4. Organizing Zoom meetings with one or more candidate members, if they will require to have room for discussion about their subscription to SRI (SRI Officers will participate to such meetings)

The above tasks will be developed in strict collaboration with the SRI Staff, upon weekly meetings. During such meeting we will discuss at least: the available inputs, documents  and tools needed to develop the search, the results so far achieved, possible issues, problems and needed corrections.

4       Contents Editor for Publication (CEP) – Statement of Work

SRI organizes public discussion facilities, such as the SRI Open Forum Google Group. From time to time some interesting discussions also raise in the SRI Facebook Group.The Contents Editor for Publication (CEP) will:

  1. collect the interesting threads,
  2. edit and organize such messages as contents for publication
  3. discuss and get the needed permission to publish with the authors

The SRI Staff will then publish the edited materials as small books on Amazon or other online editor.

The CEP will be mentioned as editor.
The above tasks will be developed in strict collaboration with the SRI Staff, upon monthly meetings. During such meeting we will discuss at least: the available inputs, documents  and tools needed to develop the search, the results so far achieved, possible issues, problems and needed corrections.

5       Sponsorship Campaign Manager (SCM) – Statement of Work

After the 3rd World Congress “The Civilian Space Development”, ended July 15th 2021, Space Renaissance International (SRI) is quickly increasing its outreach, education and lobbying activities: our focus to develop the 5 years mandate, as summarized in the Congress Final Resolution for Civilian Space Development. We started close collaboration with the International Space University of Strasburg, we’re now active members of several Technical Committees of the International Astronautical Federation, of which SRI will be recognized an official member at IAC 73, in Paris. In the same time, with our educational branch, the Space Renaissance Academy, we’re developing the Medici Fund Programme, the Mentorship Programme, both targeted to create prizes and scholarships, and the Space Renaissance Ambassadors high level Training Course, to train the next generation Ambassadors, spreading the Renaissance in the society at large. All of the above requires not only thousands of hours sitting at our desks, but also traveling around the globe, to deliver in presence lectures, speeches and conferences.In order to assure the sustainability of its outreach, education and lobbying activities, SRI launched a wide sponsorship campaign.

The Sponsorship Campaign Manager (SCM) will be appointed for:

  1. Developing a world wide database of space companies and commercial space entities
  2. Recovering the basic information for each entity, such as: url, President/CEO name, President/CEO email address
  3. Contacting the President/CEO of each entity, and proposing our sponsorship offer
  4. Agree possible meetings (virtual or in presence) between the SRI President and the potential sponsor entity’s CEO/President

The above tasks will be developed in strict collaboration with the SRI Staff, upon weekly meetings. During such meeting we will discuss at least: the available inputs, documents  and tools needed to develop the search, the results so far achieved, possible issues, problems and needed corrections.

6       Partnership Campaign Manager (PCM) – Statement of Work

SRI is working to create a broad partnership network, with the goal to help the space community to speak louder towards the society at large, to promote common shared goals.The Sponsorship Campaign Manager (SCM) will be appointed for:

  1. Developing a world wide database of space not for profit entities and space institutions
  2. Recovering the basic information for each entity, such as: url, President/Chair name, President/Chair email address
  3. Contacting the President/Chair of each entity, and proposing our standard partnership agreement
  4. Agree possible meetings (virtual or in presence) between the SRI President and the potential partner entity’s President/Chair.

The above tasks will be developed in strict collaboration with the SRI Staff, upon weekly meetings. During such meeting we will discuss at least: the available inputs, documents  and tools needed to develop the search, the results so far achieved, possible issues, problems and needed corrections.

7   Google Analytics and Adwords Manager (GAM) – Statement of Work

SRI, as a not for profit cultural association, was granted by Google the GSUITE professional environment, the Google Analytics and Adwords platform, the YouTube professional platform. The Google Analytics and Adwords Manager (GAM) will be appointed for:

  1. Creating, maintaining and managing proper Google ADS campaigns, with the goal to maximize the visits to SRI websites, membership subscriptions and donations/sponsorships
  2. Maintain the Google domain https://spacerenaissance.space/, keeping it in good health and compliant with Google rules and requirements
  3. Understand the most visited pages, the most searched keywords, the geographic location of visitors, and other indicators with the goal of realizing more effective campaigns

The above tasks will be developed in strict collaboration with the SRI Staff, upon weekly meetings. During such meeting we will discuss at least: the available inputs, documents  and tools needed to develop the activity, the results so far achieved, possible issues, problems and needed corrections.

Note: candidates for this position should have matured previous experience.
