| Ferrari Farm is a new generation farm. On the hill overlooking the Salto Lake, in the province of Rieti, in a hilly farm of thirteen hectares, both tradition and innovation are cultivated: 1) an autochthonous orchard and a vegetable garden with a spice garden, certified organic, in the open field without chemical treatments, that's the Tradition of Cicolano, ancient rural land of farmers 2) a hydroponic system in sterile, hermetic greenhouses, computerized, unique in Europe, allows to cultivate in every place of the world (and not only) without the need of agricultural skills, in an "aseptic" environment, guaranteeing high quality production without chemical treatments. In order to offer high quality products on the market, the company has equipped itself with an automated processing line, which works under vacuum. The plant produces a unique line of organic products and a unique line of hydroponic products, without losing the organoleptic and nutritional characteristics of the raw material. Finally, with a view to multifunctionality in agriculture, Ferrari Farm, with its Locanda Colle Cerqueto farmhouse, has obtained the national classification of the Cinque Girasoli as the first certified Lazio reality. Ferrari Farm is also registered among the educational agri-farm of the Province of Rieti, in order to disseminate and promote tradition and innovation in all age groups: from kindergarten to post-graduate doctorates....
