Membership Registration Conditions

I ask the Board of the Space Renaissance International to be registered as a Member of this Association.

I accept unreservedly the Statute and the Bylaws, that I declare to know and share. I approve under Article. 1341 of CC, the Article of the Statutes that engages me not to refer to other Authorities, other than those of the Association.

The Cultural Association “SPACE RENAISSANCE INTERNATIONAL” is a non-commercial, non-profit entity (Legislative Decree n.460 / 97). For the purposes of complying with Italian tax laws and tax regulations, the Association has a tax code and a VAT number. It is configured as Cultural non-profit association under the Decree. 460/97.

The Cultural Association “SPACE RENAISSANCE INTERNATIONAL” complies to the provisions of the Consolidated Tax Income, current – art. 148 entities – (917/86 D.P.R. s.m.i.). In particular, the commercial marginal businesses or non prominent activities (serving food and pouring drinks, sale of assets to shareholders and provide services to third parties …) following a regular option, the regulations of Law December 16, 1991, No 398 is applied, which is exempt from releasing any sales receipt.

For the ones who wish, upon request, each time a payment occurs, receipts (Euro 1.81 per stamp) or invoice (in this case please communicate your VAT number, if any) will be issued.

By signing/confirming this module, I declare to have verbally and in writing been informed of the rights enshrined in Article. 7 and 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 of the Privacy Code. Under article 23, c.3 Leg. 196/2003.

I agree that my personal data can be managed (which may be done directly by the President or his/her staff) by the Association, for its institutional purposes. I also consent to the dissemination of the same data when necessary for the performance of an obligation under the Law, a regulation, a legislation and be free as part of our associative relationship.

I also give my consent to the processing of data related to me, falling among the “sensitive” ones, under Articles. 4, 7, 23 and 26 of the already mentioned Law, when it is functional to the execution of transactions or services by me required.

This application is considered accepted, under the Articles of the Statutes and Bylaws of the Association, with effect (indicative) from 15 days after the today’s date, if not refused by the Board.

The Membership card, in recognition of Member, valid from today, will be sent to the residence address stated above. The Membership Card will be valid for the entire fiscal year in progress.
